Registraton
The practice area consists of parts of RM11, RM12 and RM13.
Patients who live in our practice area may register with our practice. When joining please bring your medical NHS card. The Nurse will check your immunisations to ensure they are up to date, do various health checks and go through your medical history and any concerns you may have.
You will be registered under the Rosewood doctors but have a choice of which doctor you may wish to see.
