How do I book an appointment with a doctor ?
Appointments can be booked by phoning the surgery or in person or by signing up for online access . We operate a system called Personal Lists, which means each patient is allocated to a doctor within the practice at the time of their registration. We find that this helps us establish a close relationship with our patients and aids continuity of care. This is why the receptionist will ask the name of the patients usual doctor at the time of booking. However if you require an emergency appointment it may not always be possible to see your normal doctor.
