The telephone triage system is one of the three routes to access the surgery for appointments,

Getting appointments with the surgery involves

1. Telephone appointment :
You can telephone using the telephone triage system – 01708 523168 – open 08:00 to – 6:15 pm Monday to Friday.

2. Online appointment booking:
You can register on ‘Emis online’ and book directly from the comfort of your computer on to a reserved web appointment slots of your choice without speaking to any one or coming to the surgery . Please leave your contact number for us to call you back . Also, Face to face appointments can also be pre-booked online.

3. Booking at the Reception:
You can come to the surgery and speak to our reception staff who will offer you a choice of either a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment with a clinician.

4. Extended Hours:
We also do an extra 6.25 hours of late evening appointment slots 6:30 pm to 8 pm weekly and a Saturday on a monthly basis.
